Two entrepreneurs — Victor Siasat, of Filipino-Chinese origin, and Michel Stamati, a resident French national — acquires Trimark's first international franchise: GUESS. 

After 7 short years, Trimark acquires the license to distribute multi-billion dollar lifestyle sportswear and accessories company Mossimo. Today, Mossimo has 48 boutiques and 11 concession stores across the Philippines.

Trimark ventures out into fitness and lifestyle when it brings Gold’s Gym into the fold. It is the first international fitness franchise to make headway in the Philippines.

Trimark rapidly expands as it takes over Italian fashion brands Terranova and Calliope, quickly opening five stores in its first year. 

In one of its most successful acquisitions to date, Trimark brings Mango to new heights in the Philippines, opening 10 stores in one year. There are currently 45 stand-alone Mango stores across the nation. 

Trimark gains the rights to operate Vans and 7 for All Mankind in the Philippines, which both become instant successes. Today, the Philippines has 90 stand-alone Mango stores and two 7 for All Mankind boutiques. 

Trimark opens The Rail, a multi-brand streetwear concept store, in 2013. Many popular brands, such as Santa Cruz, Grizzly, Illest, Defend Paris, and Maui are exclusively available at The Rail. 

Trimark expands Mango's operations in Southeast Asia when it takes over Mango Thailand. As of 2022, there are 13 stand-alone Mango stores in Thailand. 

C1RCA is also brought into the fold, with Trimark holding the rights for C1RCA in the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam.

A flurry of international brands is introduced to the Philippines with the backing of Trimark — Florsheim, TOUS, and Naturalizer. 

Trimark witnesses yet another year of prosperity when it acquires 50% of Illest LLC in San Francisco, taking charge of wholesale for Illest in Hong Kong, Japan, and the USA. In the same year, it also opens the 1st CH Carolina Herrera boutique in the Philippines as well as acquired the franchising rights for UFC Gym. 

In 2018, Trimark diversifies its portfolio with significant acquisitions in Aeropostale and Marithé + François Girbaud. During the same period, it also launches Scentsmith and sets up operations in Los Angeles following its acquisition of Maui & Sons US. 

In August, Trimark introduces Toms to the Philippines. Today, there are 10 concept stores and 3 pop-ups across the country.

Trimark opens doors for more international franchises to grow in the Philippines, introducing Hurley and Playboy. It also launches Via Rodeo, a multibrand luxury outlet store, in Acienda Outlet. 

Trimark also establishes Red Selvage in 2019, which handles channel management and fulfillment for 9 brands. 

Crossing over to new media, Trimark launches Fairfax Media and the viral social media show The House of Collab. They're an instant success, and as of July 2022 has 12 billion views across all social media platforms. 

Trimark also makes a splash with Dickies. As of November 2022, Trimark operates 49 Dickies branches.

In 2021, Trimark signed with Kiko Milano Cosmetics to introduce the prestigious brand to consumers across the Philippines.
